We collect Your personal information that may include Your name, email address, business or home address, telephone number, gender; if You are business customer - Your company name, Your company details, registration and VAT number, billing address, phone number, email address, Your employees’ names, email addresses, their gender, dates of birth, employment position and other corporate information. We may ask You about and collect Your answers regarding Your experience using Our Products and Services. We may ask You to participate in Our Surveys, to provide feedback and if You do so, We will collect Your provided answers. We will collect all information You share with Us when You contact Us via email, Our messaging, engaging with Us in social media and in any other communication method with Us. Other information We May Collect
When You contact Us in any type of communication such as sending an email, filling in on online contact form, using a live chat platform, sending a request and contacting us via social media, We will process Your personal data for the purposes of responding to Your inquiry and administering it.
When You make a Transaction and register for the Services, We collect information about the Transaction and registration including but not limited to price and chosen length in respect to online or in-app purchases and Our third-party Payment Processors (including Stripe), Subscription, Subscription type: Free Trial or Paid, Subscription expiration date, time and date of Transaction, Your name, username, email address, Services purchased. We will not process, collect and store Your payment information such as debit card and credit information. We store collected usage information also because we pay our Artists economic rights fees and we need to know every factual use of Our Products and Services.
When You use Our Services We collect certain information and automatically store it in log files, such as Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of browser, internet service provider (ISP), mobile network information, access times and dates, pages viewed, pages visited before navigating to Our Website.
We collect information about Your Device You use to access Our Services, such as hardware model, operating system and version, amount of free storage and system performance information.
For AI technology training purposes and to improve the Services, We generate some information about You based in other information We have collected.
