Search of new markets

Shakespeare Music is implementing the project ‘Search of new markets and enlargement of the current
Shakespeare Music markets’, partially financed by the Operational Programme for European Union Funds
Investments in Lithuania.
Incorporated in 2012, the company offers exclusive background music for business services. Solutions include
licences for music created and performed by independent artists. The business model is a perfect scheme
where businesses can support culture, and artists can showcase their music and get financial benefits. Seeking
to develop an invented scheme company is looking forward to new markets and implementing enlargement
goals globally.
Shakespeare Music project is part of the Operational Programme for the European Union Funds programme’s
third priority No 03.2.1-LVPA-K-801 „Promotion of competition of small and medium size businesses ‘New
opportunities LT’. The project goal is to increase competitiveness, search for new foreign markets and strengthen
current position.
Shakespeare Music implemented a project goal – „Shakespeare Music competitiveness promotion“. Project No
No 03.2.1-LVPA-K-801-05-0319. From the European Structural funds was allocated an investment of 42 153,00
euros. The project duration is 10 months.

Breakthrough innovations in digital
music industry development

Shakespeare Music is implementing the project ‘Breakthrough innovations in digital music industry development’,
partially financed by Operational Programme for European Union Funds Investments in Lithuania.
Shakespeare Music was incorporated in 2012 with its unique goal to collect royalties for intellectual property
economic rights owners in an alternative way. Acting as an alternative to CMOs seeks further development of
cultural and creative industries by offering innovative solutions and cooperation between business and culture.
The company is an influential institution in the development of digital creative industries.
The company seeks to maintain its unique mission with the support of EU funds, and together with Vytautas
Magnus University and Lithuanian Music and Theatre Academy implements a project with the goal to create an
adaptive music platform. The project budget is 920 796,53 euros. From the European Regional Development
Funds, incentive No 01.2.2-LVPA-K-856. was allocated an investment of 42 153,00 euros. Project duration is 24
months.

Innovative design and marketing

Shakespeare Music is implementing the project ‘The creation and implementation of innovative and company’s
marketing innovations’ partially financed by the European Regional Development Funds.
Shakespeare Music offers businesses to elevate customer experience via customized background music
solutions (including music licences, music streaming services, content management and acoustic installation).
Acting as an alternative to CMOs seeks further development of cultural and creative industries by offering
innovative solutions and cooperation between business and culture.
Seeking to maintain a unique mission, Shakespeare Music implements the project ‘The creation and
implementation of innovative and company’s marketing innovations’, partially financed by the programme
‘Creative checks’ from the European Regional Development Funds. The goal of the project is to create a
marketing scheme to promote the company’s services to potential target audiences. From the European
Regional Development Funds Covid 19 response incentive was allocated an investment of 70 000,00 euros.
The project No 13.1.1-LVPA-K-861-01-0353 should be implemented by the 31st January 2023.

Digital sales platform development

Shakespeare Music is implementing the project ‘The creation and implementation of a digital electronic platform
of services provided by Shakespeare Music’, partially financed by the European Regional Development Funds.
Shakespeare Music offers businesses to elevate customer experience via customized background music
solutions (including music licences, music streaming services, content management and acoustic installation).
Acting as an alternative to CMOs seeks further development of cultural and creative industries by offering
innovative solutions and cooperation between business and culture.
Seeking to grow sales Shakespeare Music implements the project ‘The creation and implementation of a digital
electronic platform of services provided by Shakespeare Music’, partially financed from the programme ‘E-
commerce model Covid 19’. The goal of the project is to offer B2B clients self-service purchasing services online
via the Shakespeare Music website. From the programme ‘E-commerce model Covid 19’, incentive as response
to Covid 19 pademic, was allocated an investment of 49 950,00 euros. Project No 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0866.
The project should be implemented by the 4th February 2023.

Creation of creative content

Shakespeare Music is implementing the project ‘The creation of creative content’, partially financed by the
programme ‘Incentive to cultural and creative sector to create competitive cultural products.
Incorporated in 2012, the company offers exclusive background music for business services. Solutions include
licences for music created and performed by independent artists. The business model is a perfect scheme
where businesses can support culture, and artists can showcase their music and get financial benefits. Seeking
to develop an invented scheme company is looking forward to creating new products.
Seeking to compete internationally, Shakespeare Music implements the project ‘The creation of creative content’.
The goal of the project is to create high-quality and unique content which complements to enlarging the
company’s possibilities to compete internationally. The European Regional Development Funds allocated an
investment of 75 000,00 euros. Project No 13.1.1-LVPA-K-310-01-0280. The project implementation deadline is
to 31st March 2023.

Shakespeare Music’s creative industry
creation

Shakespeare Music is implementing the project ‘Shakespeare Music’s creative industry creation’, partially
financed by the European Regional Development Funds and incentive ‘To improve the infrastructure of
companies operating in cultural and creative industries’.
Incorporated in 2012, the company offers exclusive background music for business services. Solutions include
licences for music created and performed by independent artists. The business model is a perfect scheme
where businesses can support culture, and artists can showcase their music and get financial benefits. Seeking
to develop an invented scheme company is looking forward to creating new means to access products and
services.
Seeking to compete internationally, Shakespeare Music implements the project ‘Shakespeare Music’s creative
industry creation’. The goal of the project is to create a music streaming service when music from the cloud is
transmitted into the premises of the client. The European Regional Development Funds allocated an investment
of 151 628,77 euros. Project No 13.1.1-LVPA-K-309-01-0049. The project implementation deadline is to 31st
August 2023.

Using open data to create music streaming and screen content management service

UAB Shakespeare Music's project No. 02-045-K-0091 "Using open data to create music streaming and screen content management services" allocated 69,991 EUR funding under the measure "Use of Open Data". The total value of the project is 139,982 EUR.

During the project, UAB "Shakespeare Music" plans to create one of the first platforms that will integrate music streaming and screen content management services based on open source technologies. The company has been using open data in its activities for several years to create its software codes and the music of independent authors (Splice platform, etc.). The main goal of the project is to offer an integrated, cost-effective and innovative solution that would meet the needs of modern users in the field of music and video content, while promoting the use of open data and collaboration. The clients of UAB "Shakespeare Music" are intensely interested in the broadcasting service from the screens and we already have potential clients who want to purchase this service. In Lithuania, no one offers such services at an affordable price.

The project began on June 1, 2024, and will be completed by March 31, 2026.
